Introduction

On Time is a schedule planning and management software for transportation organizations.

Key features

• Easy to add and change schedule data like bus stops, routes, and trips data. Innovative use of maps and satellite images.
• Central database to store data. Accessible from anywhere, anytime. Supports multiple users.
• Automatic stop and route timetable publishing on Internet. Immediately accessible.
• Interface in English and Marathi.

As shown in above figure, anyone with Internet connection can use the software. Changes made by one person are immediately seen by others.

Evaluation Copy

Evaluation copy of client software is available for anyone to download. Client software connects to a test database using Internet. Purpose behind sharing the evaluation copy is to get feedback from people involved in transportation related issues and topics.

• RAM : 512 MB +
• Internet Connectivity : 256 Kbps +

Installation Instructions

All required components are packaged together in one zip file (archive).

• Unzip, extract the contents of the file into a directory/folder.

First Time Sign In

1. Click on ontime.exe (MS Windows) or ontime.bin (GNU/Linux) to launch the software.
2. A sign in page will appear.
3. Enter any of your email id as user name.
4. Enter a new password of your choice. This password will be needed whenever you sign into On Time. So please make sure that you remember this password.
5. Once you sign in successfully, you can start using the software.
6. Some sample schedule data (depots, stops, routes) are already created.
7. Since this is test version, do experiment and create any schedule data you want.

Using On Time is very simple. If you need any help, use help menu. Help > Content.
